We have found that certain destinations are difficult to deliver too due to customs and local restrictions. But please keep checking as we are constantly increasing and updating the range of countries we deliver to.
Delivery to USA, Mexico and Brazil
We have unfortunately found that delivery to the USA, Mexico and Brazil are destinations that have strict regulations for taxes and red tape and have three separate federal agencies and this has increased the delay on parcels arriving on time. Therefore we are not able to deliver to the USA, Mexico and Brazil
If Staying in your Private Villa or holiday home
On occasion we have found that there is difficulties with delivering to certain villas that are out of the way or we have incomplete delivery addresses. If you know that you fall under this catorgory please contact us as we will try to help as best we can. We have had problems delivering to very isolated villas and we ask that if you can have it delivered to somewhere less isolated and you pick up from there when you arrive this will help us to deliver to your destination.
We are happy to deliver to a letting agent, office in resort, or even a close friend or relative abroad, if they are happy to accept a parcel on your behalf
A signature is required for delivery, please note that deliveries can take place up to 8:00pm to allow for local customs and practices.
As a signature is required for delivery, if delivery fails a card will be left with a local number to be contacted to arrange a mutually convenient time to accept the parcel, as we would do in the UK. After 3 attempts at delivery, if unsuccessful, the parcel will automatically be returned to our depot. There is cost of shipping back to Travel Tots UK plus £10 administration charge will be the responsibility of the customer.
The customer must arrange collection from Travel Tots UK for delivery to on-going destination, or your home address. This can be done by contacting us on the website and supplying us with your account number and contact details.
You can also contact UPS on 0845 787 7877 and quoting Account number 1x165x and Tracking number of parcel.
If the parcel is not picked up after 40 days this will be returned back to Travel tots and there will be no refund.
