Where do you deliver to?

All our countries are on a drop down list, but if there is any destination we have missed or you would like us to deliver to please contact us on our contact page and we will check any potential restriction and hopefully add your choice of country to our list.

How early shall I place an order?

A month is normally requested in advance for us to ensure we can deliver to your resort in time for your arrival, but we can issue them as short as 14day prior to your holiday. Any earlier please contact us for further information as we cannot guarantee deliver on time of your arrival.

Do I pay for customs and tax? Who sorts this for me?

We have a very reliable company who deal with all import tax and customs, so you don need to worry as UPS will take care of this for you.

Can you ensure my parcel will arrive and be UN damaged?

We are a small reputable company who pride ourselves on safe secure packaging, and we are here to reassure you that your parcels are personally addressed to you, provided from the information you have given us. They are with our courier UPS from the moment they are picked up and taken our depot, safely stored onboard our transport until they arrival at your holiday destination. An email is sent to yourself provided by UPS where you can track your parcels on-line 24 hours a day. We and Ups work very well together and we have an excellent record with our delivery times. Our customers come back time and time again because of our dedication to you and a safe and reliable packaging and delivery to your holiday destination. In our time we have found that more suitcases go missing or lost in the airport than our parcels going missing in transit or arriving late.

How do I know my parcel will arrive undamaged?

All our parcels are securely packaged; we wrap each item in bubble wrap from food jars to all milk cartons. Our parcels travel by cargo plane. Where they are not subjected to the experience of low temperatures experienced in the hold of domestic planes. Jars and milk cartons packed in domestic suitcases are at high risk of cracking or leaking.

How can I track my parcel?

When your order has been processed by us and forwarded to our couriers for collection you will receive an e-mail confirming your parcel tracking number and a link directly to the web site where your parcel can be tracked on line. Both we and you can monitor the parcels continuously. We are alerted to any problems and are able to respond to any problems as they arise, and we will inform you instantly.

What happen if my parcel does not arrive?

UPS have a signature required system so we can always check that it has been delivered correctly.

What are your service charges?

Service charges are calculated according to your destination and country; this is based on zone tariff and weight of products ordered. When you fill in your account details and destination requests all our charges are include in your personal shopping cart along with your products, If you wish to find your destination charges before hand click on your chosen destination country on the home page of the web site, scroll down and click on charges, where you will find a list of service charges displayed. There is a small charge for packaging them securely and delivering to your requested destination. And all charges include Customs charges and VAT when applicable. There are no hidden extras.

Can I order a product not on your site?

We will always endeavour to cater for your special requirements such as specific milks or nappies that are not on the list. We will try to fulfil specific requests where ever needed. Please contact us via the contact form on the web page and one of our specialist will be in contact with you asap.

Can you deliver our own apartments that are not on complexes?

Yes we can deliver to your holiday home abroad, all we ask is that you have someone there to sign for the parcel on arrival, or the parcel arrives the day after you do.

Can you deliver to a boat?

We have many clients that return time after time as we offer the opportunity to be able to deliver to a boat. All we need is the mooring number and the name of the boat. An address of the Port Authority office and a telephone number for yourselves which will be in use during your holiday. And if you have someone who we can hand over the parcel too this will ensure a safer arrival of your parcel.

There is a problem getting on to the checkout or adding goods?

If for any reason you cannot add to the basket or check your check out, please check that you have filled out your home address and destination address. If any box with an astrix is empty you will not be able to continue to the checkout or add to the basket. It may also occur if you have started an order and then left it for a period of more than 24 hours. You may need to start your order again but all you need if you account number and a password and log in, your details will already be stored. You can just continue with your adding to basket or to the check out.

How will I know that my goods have been paid for?

The company we use is Protx now known as sage pay, they will take instant payment from your card and an email will be sent directly to Travel tots and to yourself as proof of payment.

I have a discount code, how do I use it?

Order all the products you require, go to checkout and enter the discount code into the discount code box. The discount will automatically be deducted.

The USA does not appear in your list of destinations, can you deliver here?

Unfortunately we have found that our previous unaccompanied parcels are considered to be high risk, This is because or product are more likely to contain Baby Milk and Baby Food and due to restrictions they can be delayed by up to three separate federal agencies before delivery. This would likely result in delays.

Do you deliver to boats?
Yes we do.
